Basilica of

the Annunciation in Lezajsk - built on the s ite where according to tradition, appeared in 1590 to Thomas Mich ałce Lady. Exercised over her fathers care Bernardine. The origi nal wooden church was erected in 1594, and brick in 1610. In 1608 the Lizhensk brought Bernardine. The current, early, church was built between 1618-1628 by the foundation of the court marshal of the Crown Luke Opalinski. Interior of the church was made mainly by artists who were fathers Bernardynami.
